There is, first, a hermeneutics that intrinsically belongs to facticity itself (genitivus subjectivus) : facticity is hermeneutical because it is 1) capable of interpretation, 2) desperately in need of it, and 3) always already thrives on some interpretations that are more or less explicit, but that can be spelled out (Heidegger, Ontology - Hermeneutics of Facticity, p. 11).
